We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of receipt if it is in new, unused, unwashed condition. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We will issue a full in-store credit for products only (does not include shipping charges). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Special Orders and Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order. We cannot accept returns or cancellations of these items.

If we've made a mistake with your order, please call or email us as soon as possible and we will do whatever is necessary to make it right for you!

What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you must contact your local post office (or shipping carrier). Bigfoot Quilts is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. While I can help you communicate with the shipping carrier, I will not provide refunds or reship your order.

A tracking number is sent to the email you used to purchase the fabric. If the package is "in transit" for more than a week, signing up for email alerts on the USPS website will often get it moving again. If tracking says "delivered" and you do not have the package, you can call your local post office to get the GPS coordinates of the last place it was scanned.

About Classes

Classes are taught in our spacious well-lit classroom inside our shop unless otherwise noted. Comfortable tables and chairs are provided for you, as well as adequate electrical outlets to plug in your sewing machine.

If you choose to bring a personal iron, it must be 300 watts or less. We do not want full-sized irons plugged into the same outlet as our sewing machines that have electronic components.

Before signing up for class, please check your schedule and read our class policy carefully. To be fair to our teachers and other students we must remain firm on our registration and cancellation policies

  • For any class where the fee is more than $100, 50% is due when you sign up. The other 50% of the fee is due 60 days before the class begins. To sign up with a deposit only, please call or stop by the store; we can only process full payment enrollments on the website.

    • If you need to cancel more than 60 days before the start of class, any fees paid are refundable except for an administrative fee of 10%. If it is less than 60 days, the fee (less admin fee) can be refunded as store credit only if your space in class can be filled.

  • Classes, where the fee is less than $100, must be paid in full when you sign up for class. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to class and you will be issued store credit.

  • If you cancel when there are less than 7 days before the class, no refund or store credit will be given. No exceptions.

  • No credit or refund will be given for a "no show".

  • Our guest teachers reserve the right to cancel 48 hours prior to any class if the participation level is below any stated minimum.

  • We will issue a full refund for any class we fully cancel. We will reschedule classes as quickly as possible, rescheduled classes are not subject to a refund, if you cannot attend the new dates you will receive a store credit.

  • Your registration in class implies your agreement to adhere to all the above-stated cancellation and refund policies.

  • Your registration in class implies your agreement to adhere to our current mask policy. No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend class based on any expectation of a relaxed mask policy.

  • In the event of inclement weather, classes could have a delayed start time or be rescheduled for another day. If we are experiencing snow and icy conditions please check social media including Facebook and Instagram. This will be the quickest way to receive updates as the stores might not be open if road conditions are too dangerous for staff to get to the store to call or email you.
