• For any class where the fee is more than $100, 50% is due when you sign up. The other 50% of the fee is due 60 days before the class begins. To sign up with a deposit only, please call or stop by the store; we can only process full payment enrollments on the website. 

• If you need to cancel the fee (less an administrative fee of 10%) can be refunded as store credit only if your space in class can be filled.

• Classes where the fee is less than $100, must be paid in full when you sign up for class. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to class and you will be issued store credit.

• If you cancel when there are less than 7 days before the class, no refund or store credit will be given. No exceptions. 

• No credit or refund will be given for a "no-show".

• Our guest teachers reserve the right to cancel 48 hours prior to any class if the participation level is below any stated minimum.

• We will issue a full refund for any class we fully cancel. We will reschedule classes as quickly as possible, rescheduled classes are not subject to a refund, if you cannot attend the new dates you will receive a store credit. 

• Your registration in class implies your agreement to adhere to all the above-stated cancellation and refund policies.
  

• Your registration in class implies your agreement to adhere to our current mask policy. No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend class based on any expectations different from the current COVID policy. Please contact the store if you have questions at the time of registration.
  

• In the event of inclement weather, classes could have a delayed start time or be rescheduled for another day. If we are experiencing snow and icy conditions please check social media including Facebook and Instagram. This will be the quickest way to receive updates as the stores might not be open if road conditions are too dangerous for staff to get to the store to call or email you.
