Phoebe looks harder than it is!
With that being said, it is not call this a beginner quilt.
If you have experience with triangles and a nice quarter inch seam allowance, this is the quilt for you.
Phoebe is a unique quilt. It can be made in either the day (light background) or night (dark background) scheme.
Day and Night directions are both included in the Phoebe Pattern Book.
The Goddess Tool is very helpful to have, although it is not required.
